John Kempton

John is a highly experienced Consultant, Facilitator, Author and Trainer having worked in the areas of Leadership and Management Development for over twenty years. He also delivers training in Human Resources, Communications and Presenting Skills and one-to-one Coaching.

John has also many years’ experience of working as a Management trainer – especially with CMI and ILM accreditations. He teaches/lectures on many qualification programmes as well as designing bespoke courses for individuals and teams on Supervision, Management, HR and Leadership.

John has a BA (Hons) in Organisation Behaviour and Philosophy. He is also a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a Member of CMI.

Tony Bolton

Tony is a qualified and highly experienced learning and development professional. He has been working in training and consultancy practice for over twenty years...

He has developed specialisms in leadership development, performance management, continuous improvement, lean leadership, change & transformational management, coaching customer engagement and human resource development.

He has also designed a number of performance management systems in the UK for a major utility company and food manufacturers. He is acknowledged as one of the leading authorities in the design and implementation of 360° feedback in the UK Water Industry.

Tony is a member of Institute of Works Managers, the Institute of Leadership & Management and holds qualifications in Executive Coaching with the Institute of Leadership & Management & the University of Strathclyde. He holds qualifications in training design and evaluation. Tony is an accredited facilitator in the design and provision of Functional Leadership.

Nigel Wyatt

Nigel Wyatt is an experienced Consultant specialised in financial training and coaching.

Nigel’s training style is involving and participative using case studies to reinforce learning. He makes the programmes interesting and practical and makes sure delegates are able to put into practice what they have learned on their programme.

Nigel delivers training and consults widely with major organisations internationally in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

He has worked with hundreds of major “Blue Chip” organisations and trained thousands of managers at every level. He has also worked as a specialist consultant to all of the major UK professional accountancy bodies and a number of leading universities in both the UK and China.

Nigel holds an honours degree from the University of Bradford Business School and is a qualified management accountant; he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA).

Gerald McGregor

Gerald is a very senior and highly experienced consultant and trainer having worked in the areas of Public Finance, Leadership and Management Development for over twenty five years.

His areas of expertise include Public administration review, Performance Improvement Programmes and organisational optimisation. Corporate Finance, Financial Training, Audit Management, Fraud Detection, Pension Reform, International Accounting Standards. Strategic Financial management, Fiscal Management and Macro Economic Policy Leadership, Management, Team Building and Sales management, Business Process Re-Engineering

He is delivering training, consultancy and building projects in Risk Management, Leadership, Management, Team Building and Pension management and

Pension Fund Trusteeship, Haulage, Transportation and Logistics.

Gerald holds a combined Honours Degree in Government and Geography, University of Exeter 1967-1970. He is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1975.
